Actually the focus of this post was supposed to be Evil Needle, but after hearing the HW&W compilation vol. 1 I decided to take a small detour and get you up to speed with Evil Needle when there is more info available on his upcoming release “Equilibrium”.

I am not going to get into the fact if this compilation is hot or not because it’s around 7 o’ clock in tha morning when I’m writing this post. I think the fact that I am listening to electronic music at 7 in tha morning and feel I should write about it kinda speaks for itself … I’m just sayin.

Huh What & Where (HW&W) is an electronic record label from LA which is founded by Killa and friends. Friends started the label out of a college dorm and the rest is history in the making. Since I am really feeling the very soulful hiphop electronics of most of the artists in their already impressive roster … no doubt more parts of the HW&W history will be revealed in future posts.

For now it’s just streaming time, cause I think you should get a load of this!!
